In the first phase of our association with ABM, we did more than put a new, refreshed, completely redesigned, thoroughly professional Web solution in place. We also helped the company look more closely at the local market and where its opportunities actually lay. We talked with customers and ABM personnel alike, helping the company weed out its keyword selection and going after the terms that would do a better job of getting ABM found online.

We then helped ABM streamline its business processes through the website. Our eBusiness Suite tools made it possible for site visitors to request copy-machine meter reads or order supplies easily and helped ABM develop a more efficient way to service customers across the board.
