Fort Wayne-based Web developer Cirrus ABS created a custom website for Granite Ridge Builders using its powerful eBusiness Suite Platform. Granite Ridge is the largest homebuilder in northeast Indiana and needed to make information such as lot availability, floor plans, and model homes more widely accessible.
This eBusiness platform offers convenient website management tools that allow Granite Ridge to update site content easily. Granite Ridge’s website is also equipped with an attractive photo gallery and light-box tool that allows sorting photos of homes according to the years in which they were built.
One of the more unique features of the website is the custom-designed Communities application developed by Cirrus ABS. This application allows website visitors to search for communities based on the five regions of Fort Wayne. Visitors simply click on a region of the interactive map, and a full list of Granite Ridge communities is available at their fingertips.
Cirrus ABS also equipped the website with an interactive video gallery showroom that guides visitors through each section of the home, and highlights various custom features that Granite Ridge offers. All of the information on the website is searchable and able to be sorted by the customer.
An increase in home sales was generated within the first month of the Granite Ridge website launch. The company’s sales cycle has also been cut by an average of two weeks, which continues to improve all of the site usage statistics.
