Interstate Cold Storage (ICS) — a family-owned refrigeration warehouse company — employed Fort Wayne Web design and development firm Cirrus ABS for a new, custom website. ICS has nearly 22,000,000 square feet of cold storage space and is one of the largest public cold storage companies in North America. In fact the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW) consistently places ICS in the top 25% of its industry.
Using its eBusiness Suite platform and modules, Cirrus ABS created a custom website that presents ICS’s product information and services in an attractive and contemporary design.
A custom flash image on the homepage scrolls through useful information, highlighting the major selling points of the company’s products. Cirrus ABS also designed a series of interactive maps that allow customers to easily locate the nearest facility.
Because ICS needs to regularly update information throughout the website, the eBusiness Suite makes it easy for ICS staffers to keep the website current with minimal technical training.
