Cirrus Creates Customer Support Solution for Markey’s Exposition Services

Fort Wayne digital agency Cirrus ABS recently developed a customer support system for Markey’s Exposition Services, a business unit of Markey’s Staging and Rental that provides audio-visual equipment, custom displays, and related services for companies participating in tradeshows and other promotional events. The system is deployed at the new markeys-expo.com. In essence, this is a website that enables Markey’s to create individual landing pages for whatever events the company is currently managing. Customers log on to the site with a unique passcode Markey’s gives them and are taken directly to the landing page with  information about their event. The page also displays downloadable order forms that customers can fill out for the various equipment, display elements, and services they need.

At its most fundamental level, the system facilitates communication between Markey’s and its customers at every stage of their event-specific relationship. Cirrus ABS designed the system so Markey’s personnel can manage site data easily, too. Advanced yet user-friendly tools readily let them enter event details in standardized form fields, set event publish and remove dates, and  format text, links, images, videos, and tables, among other elements.
