Fort Wayne Web design and development firm Cirrus ABS is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Thomas Carroll as its new Business Development Director. In this capacity Carroll will play a significant role in representing Cirrus ABS and its capabilities to the business community.

Carroll brings more than 29 years of experience to his new position. In this time, he’s been involved in business development, business operations, and marketing activities, primarily as an entrepreneur. Among his accomplishments is the building of a multimillion-dollar business on the foundation of customer-based proactive planning. His specific areas of expertise include product and market development as well as cross-cultural business adaptability, a topic of increasing importance in our ever more global economy. He’s also consulted with various firms and helped them implement strategies for effective business analysis, business development, business processes, and new market entry. He is knowledgeable in Internet marketing, including social networking, and has extensive experience in relationship-building and promotional advertising.
Carroll holds a BA degree in German from Middle Tennessee State University, where he also minored in marketing and English. As the son of an Army First Sergeant and a German mother, he attended high school in Vicenza, Italy, but got his diploma in Shelbyville, Tennessee, when the family returned stateside. Carroll is also a graduate of the National Executive Institute.
