Solution Consultant, Sales
If you’re an experienced, team-oriented sales professional with a proven track record of success - and someone who is motivated by results-based compensation - we’re looking for you. We’d like to talk with you about joining us as a Solution Consultant and helping us expand our sales program. In this role, you would be responsible for introducing clients to our company, analyzing client objectives, presenting our products and services, and closing new business. To ensure ongoing revenue opportunities for us, you also would work in close collaboration with our Business Analysts and Client Support teams.
Our ideal Solution Consultant candidate will possess:
- strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze market strategies, customer requirements, and customer success factors
- the ability to work within a value-based selling process
- the skills to build and manage a pipeline of new business and exceed established revenue targets
- a track record of achieving sales objectives
- a strong understanding of the Internet, including industry trends, key players, terminology, the overall economics of the marketplace, search engine optimization, and marketing concepts
- a strong desire for continuous learning as well as the ability to understand and convey complex technology and marketing concepts to prospective clients
- excellent verbal and written communication skills applicable to the creation of a convincing strategic sales approach, proposals, documentation, and presentation materials
- advanced negotiating skills and proposal experience - an absolute necessity
- proven hands-on experience with senior executives and business owners
- experience with customer relationship management and/or sales-force automation software tool sets
- a willingness to travel locally, as sales opportunities necessitate
Education and Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
- 4 – 6 years of professional consultative sales experience required, ideally in such markets as media, advertising and PR agencies, e-commerce/Web solution sales, software or systems integration, strategic business consultation
Compensation
- 90-day contract-to-hire position
- Rewarding commission-based compensation plan

Web Designer/Web Developer
We’re looking for a talented front-end developer - someone who can turn a concept into a fully functional HTML website and create site navigation and user interfaces as well. If that’s you and you are self-motivated, possess good communication skills, and have a strong work ethic, then we want to talk with you. Our Ideal Web Developer Candidate Will Possess:
- solid front-end development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- the ability to design and build Web pages from concept to finished HTML code
- the skills to create user interfaces, site navigation, icons, logos, banners, etc.
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- excellent knowledge of jQuery
- knowledge of XML and XSLT
- basic experience in .NET utilization (not development)
- an understanding of best SEO coding practices
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- the ability to work at a fast pace and within deadlines
- the ability to follow directions yet work independently
Score bonus points if you possess:
- database experience (Access & MySQL)
- experience in Flash/Actionscript development
Education and Experience
- 2-year or advanced degree in Graphic Design, the Web, or a related field
- minimum 3 – 5 years of related experience, ideally in a Web development firm or an advertising/marketing agency
