Cirrus ABS created a new website for Adams County Economic Development. Cirrus worked with Adams County go create a solution that would work for them, tying in the Sites & Building application that is used by most of the area EDCs. Adams County EDC also took advantage of a flash header on their homepage, further enhancing the look and feel of the site.
