Each website project comes with a custom mail form used to collect information from potential or current customers. We work with you to identify 1) the exact information you want to collect, 2) what incentives we may need to create for filling out the form, 3) where the information will be sent, and 4) the required fields that must be created. The forms can vary from a Standard Smart Form to an Advanced Custom Form.

 

Standard Smart Form Our Standard Smart Form can integrate with Email List Management Systems - such as Exact Target, Constant Contact, SalesForce, and MailChimp, etc., to compile and track any information you may collect.

 

 

Advanced Custom Form While our Advanced Custom Form can be integrated with an Email List Management System, it also lets you customize the information you collect.
